At RAIT Financial Trust, he served as Managing Director of Structured Finance, leading commercial real estate loan structuring, underwriting, and asset management. At Kroll Bond Rating Agency, he was a Director in Structured Finance, overseeing ratings for CMBS new issuance transactions. He also worked at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage as Vice President of Program Marketing, focusing on Fannie Mae DUS loan transactions and structuring. At Capmark Bank (FKA: GMAC Commercial Mortgage Bank), he held the role of Senior Vice President of Asset Management, overseeing loan workouts and asset management functions. Earlier in his career, he was an Assistant Vice President and Deal Manager at WMF Capital Corporation.
